They work within bank branches to promote and sell life, health, or general insurance policies, ensuring financial solutions are tailored to customer needs. Roles and Responsibilities:- Identify customer needs and offer appropriate insurance solutions.- Build strong relationships with bank staff and customers.- Promote and sell insurance products to bank customers. - Meet or exceed assigned sales targets and objectives.- Provide after-sales service and assistance with claims or policy-related queries.- Work closely with bank branch staff and provide training on insurance products.- Coordinate with insurance company teams for approvals, documentation, and processingEligibility Criteria: - Minimum 2 year of experience in sales (Any Field) + 2 years of experience in BFSI sector.- Minimum qualification required is completion of graduation. - Required all semester marksheets. - Required all previously employed company experience certificate (Mandatory for experienced person) - Preferred local candidate.
