& Responsibilities : - Responsible for answering calls, chats. calling existing and prospective clients from the provided database. Generate Leads. - Answering queries and questions regarding the company and products. Understanding Customers requirements by asking questions and closing the deal.- Will be responsible for proper follow up and maintain conversation records. Keeping the customer data base maintained and updated.- Should have good Customer closing and Convincing Power. Knowledge of Computer (Excel /Word).- Taking & Processing orders Accurately. Preserve the company's reputation by handling grievances and resolving client complaints.- Facilitating company's sales by going the extra mile and meeting Sales Quota.- Achieving daily, weekly and monthly sales targets. Taking part in team meetings.Qualifications: -- Graduate & at Least 1 year of experience in sales- Negotiation and problem-solving skills & Strong communicator- Basic English, Advance Excel, Working on System & Sales Software (ref:updazz.com)
