Job Summary:
We are looking for a proactive and energetic B2B Lead Generation specialist to reach out to potential business clients, introduce our products/services, and generate qualified leads for the sales team. This is a target-driven role requiring excellent communication and persuasion skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound B2B calls to potential clients from the provided database or sourced leads.
Understand customer needs and identify opportunities to qualify them as sales-ready leads.
Explain product/service offerings clearly and persuasively to decision-makers.
Schedule appointments or product demos for the sales team.
Maintain and update CRM/database with accurate lead details and call outcomes.
Follow up on warm leads through calls or emails.
Achieve weekly/monthly lead generation targets.
Coordinate with internal teams to improve lead quality and conversion.
Key Requirements:
Graduate in any discipline.
0-2 years of experience in telecalling , telesales, or lead generation (B2B preferred).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to understand and explain basic product/service details.
Basic knowledge of CRM tools, MS Excel, and email communication.
Goal-oriented and self-motivated.
Good to Have:
Prior experience in B2B sales or lead generation.
Fluency in English and any regional language (optional based on location).
Understanding of sales pipelines and funnel management.
