WAidon is a bootstrapped startup, striving to become the top gun in hair regrowth sector.

We are looking for candidates from a Healthcare, Pharma, or Life Sciences background; candidates with strong comprehension skills and ability to explain medical concepts clearly.

Preferred Qualifications:

B. Pharm, D. Pharm

Key Responsibilities:

Post purchase call : Call patients who purchased the prescribed kit . Treatment Roadmap Explanation : Reinforce the treatment plan for the next two months, ensuring patient adherence. Condition Explanation : Explain the patient's medical condition as noted by the doctor in the CRM. Outcome Expectation : Clearly communicate the expected treatment outcomes. Adverse Effect Guidance : Explain common side effects and instruct patients on what to do in case of adverse effects. Patient Query Resolution : Address patient concerns with empathy and clarity. Record Maintenance : Update CRM records with patient interactions and feedback.

Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
