The Ayushman Bharat Card Processing Executive at Uttaranchal Hospital will be responsible for assisting patients in verifying eligibility, registering, and generating Ayushman Bharat (PM-JAY) health cards. The role requires prior experience and a clear understanding of the Ayushman Bharat process to ensure fast, accurate, and compliant service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
Verify patient eligibility under the Ayushman Bharat - Pradhan Mantri Jan Arogya Yojana (PM-JAY) using official government portals.
Assist beneficiaries in completing the registration and document verification process.
Generate, print, and issue Ayushman Bharat Health Cards to eligible patients.
Maintain accurate daily and weekly records of applications processed.
Liaise with the hospital's Ayushman Bharat helpdesk and government officials for approvals and troubleshooting.
Guide patients and families on Ayushman Bharat benefits, empanelled services, and documentation requirements.
Handle data entry, record maintenance, and ensure compliance with PM-JAY protocols.
Report operational issues or irregularities to the Front Office Manager or Scheme Coordinator.
Qualifications & Skills:
Minimum: 12th pass; Graduate preferred.
Minimum 6 months of experience in Ayushman Bharat or related government health schemes.
Good computer skills (MS Office, online data entry, and portal use).
Strong communication skills in Hindi and English.
Patient-centric approach and attention to detail.
Experience:
Minimum 6 months in hospital front office, Ayushman Bharat processing, or similar health scheme operations.
Candidates with prior experience handling PM-JAY processes will be preferred.
