Join our technology team as an Axiom Regulatory Reporting Developer and play a pivotal role in the management of our regulatory reporting and credit capital calculation systems. As part of a global yet supportive and inclusive team, this opportunity will see you operate in a dynamic and fast-paced environment while gaining exposure to our financial markets, products, and capital reporting functions as you partner with our Regulatory Reporting team. This is a great opportunity for you to join our Engineering team and kick start your career within a global organization. To be successful in this role you'll bring the following technical skills: Degree in IT, Engineering or Computer Science - B. E./B. Tech./MCA Experience in the IT industry having dealt with Regulatory Reporting systems or applications. Effective communication, relationship, and stakeholder management skills Excellent problem-solving abilities. Exposure to Axiom or a similar Regulatory Reporting software Experience in Data Warehousing, ETL technologies Strong understanding of databases and scripting languages - be it any DB or scripting like Python, Perl etc. Understanding of Agile, Sprint delivery operating model Understanding of general ledgers, balance sheets and finance systems and/or regulatory rules will be considered favourably but is not essential.
