  • Manage employee onboarding processes in Employee Central, Success Factors, and SAP. Oversee employee off boarding and full and final (F&F) settlement activities. Process payroll input data efficiently. Administer time and attendance management systems. Handle employee grievances related to location-specific HR systems. Manage flexi-benefits and retirement plans. Oversee the administration of mediclaim and subsidized medicine programs. Generate purchase requisitions (PR) and manage invoice processing activities.
