We are looking for a highly intelligent, high-agency Executive Associate to serve as the force multiplier for our Chief Technical Architect & CEO.
This is not an administrative role. This is an apprenticeship in high-tech manufacturing management. You will act as a proxy for the leadership, ensuring that strategic vision translates into shop-floor execution. You must be able to think on your feet, understand complex technical constraints, and make logical decisions in the absence of the CEO.
What You Will Do
1. Strategic Execution & Proxy Management
Act as the "Bridge" between the CEO and department heads (Production, R&D, Sales). When the CEO is focused on machine design, you ensure the business logic keeps moving.
Attend high-level technical and operational meetings. Your job is to capture critical action items, assign ownership, and ruthlessly follow up until completion.
The "Gatekeeper" Function: Analyze incoming requests for the CEO's time. Solve smaller operational issues yourself using First Principles thinking, and only escalate critical decisions.
2. Data Synthesis & Reporting
Convert complex data (production timelines, inventory levels, financial flows) into clear, actionable dashboards.
Monitor key project milestones (e.g., "Is the PLC programming for Client X on schedule?"). If there is a delay, find out why and propose a solution before reporting it to the CEO.
3. Communication & Documentation
Draft high-stakes communications, proposals, and presentations. You must be able to translate our technical advantages (e.g., Multi-frequency transducers) into business value for clients.
Create Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for new business processes.
Education: MBA from a reputable institute. A Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical/Electrical/Chemical) is a distinct advantage.
High "Technical Curiosity": You do not need to be an engineer, but you must love machines. You should be interested in learning how ultrasonic cavitation works or why we use SS316L.
Cognitive Agility: You can switch from analyzing a financial spreadsheet to discussing a supply chain bottleneck for electronic components in the same hour.
Thick Skin & High Standards: Ralsonics operates with precision. You must be open to direct, constructive feedback and be willing to iterate until the work is perfect.
Tech Savvy: Mastery of Excel/PowerPoint is a baseline. Familiarity with ERP systems, Project Management tools (Trello/Asana), or basics of Automation is a plus.
