We are seeking a proactive, detail-oriented, and highly organized
Executive Assistant
to support our senior leadership in Madhapur, Hyderabad. The ideal candidate will manage scheduling, communication, documentation, and day-to-day administrative tasks while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism. This role requires strong multitasking abilities, discretion, and excellent communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage calendars, appointments, and meeting schedules for senior leadership
Coordinate travel arrangements, accommodation, and itineraries
Prepare and organize documents, presentations, and reports as needed
Attend meetings, take minutes, and follow up on actionable items
Act as the point of contact between executives and internal/external stakeholders
Handle confidential information with integrity and discretion
Support in daily administrative operations, expense tracking, and filing
Coordinate with departments for task completion and information gathering
Monitor and respond to emails on behalf of executives when required
Assist in event planning, internal coordination, and logistics
Requirements:
Associate Degree (Bachelor's Degree preferred)
2 - 5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar administrative role
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
Strong time management, problem-solving, and organizational skills
Male candidates preferred for role-specific requirements
High level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information

Pay: Up to ₹45,000.00 per month
