Executive Assistant to Managing Director

Requirement - Seeking a highly skilled and initiative-taking
Executive Assistant with a strong administrative background to support the
Managing Director.

As an Executive Assistant, the individual will
play a pivotal role in supporting the Managing Director in ensuring the
seamless execution of daily operations. Good organizational skills and
administrative expertise will be essential in managing day-to-day operations
and facilitating a smooth workflow for the executive suite. The individual will
handle a wide range of administrative tasks and act as a key liaison between
the Managing Director, employees, and external partners, ensuring the company
operates efficiently and effectively.

1.Calendar and Email Management: Maintain and
manage the MD\xe2\x80\x99s calendar, scheduling meetings, appointments, and events to
optimize time and prioritize tasks. Monitor
and respond to emails on behalf of MD when necessary.

2.Travel and Logistics Coordination: Arrange and
coordinate travel itineraries, accommodations, and transportation for the MD,
ensuring seamless travel experiences.

3.Meeting Support: Prepare meeting agendas,
collate relevant materials, and ensure the timely distribution of meeting
documents. Attend meetings, take accurate minutes, and follow up on action
items as needed.

4.Communication Management: Handle incoming
communications, including phone calls, emails, and letters, and respond
appropriately or redirect to the appropriate parties.

5.Documentation and Filing: Organize and
maintain physical and digital files, documents, and records, ensuring easy
access and retrieval of information.

6.Expense Management: Process and track expense
reports, reconciling them with company policies and submitting them for
approval in a timely manner.

7.Administrative Coordination: Work closely with
various departments to support administrative needs, assisting in organizing events,
preparing reports, and handling administrative tasks as required.

8.Confidentiality and Discretion: Maintain the
utmost confidentiality when handling sensitive information, including financial
data, HR matters, and company strategies.

9.Reporting and Analysis: Assist in generating
reports and analyzing data, providing insights and recommendations to support
executive decision-making.

Must Have Criteria Executive Assistant - Admin

1.Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar administrative role.

2.Any Graduate with an MBA in any field

3.Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.

4.Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.

5.Proficiency in using productivity tools such as Microsoft Office Suite (MS outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word) and other relevant software.

6.Discretion and professionalism when handling confidential information.

7.Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

8.A proactive and adaptable mindset, with a willingness to take initiative and tackle challenges.

9.Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build positive relationships with colleagues and external partners.

10.Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders effectively.

11.Good communication skills in Telugu, both written and verbal. Ability to speak in Hindi is desirable.

12. Experience: Min 4 to 5 Years
