Provide administrative and coordination support to management and act as the central point of contact between office (Parnat Patiya) and factory (Sachin). Handle documentation, scheduling, follow-ups and routine office operations.
Key responsibilities:
Manage diary, meetings, and internal/external communications for management.
Coordinate travel plans, vendor calls, and basic procurement activity.
Prepare and maintain confidential files, reports and presentation materials.
Support HR basics -- attendance, joining formalities, candidate coordination for shop-floor hiring.
Liaise with warehouse, accounts and production teams to follow up on pending actions.
Handle visitor management, calls and general office maintenance tasks.
Day-to-day tasks:
Draft emails, update trackers, maintain filing and support invoice processing.
Follow up on action items from meetings and ensure timely closure.
Maintain office supplies and vendor contact list.
Experience & qualifications:
1-3 years experience as EA / Office administrator (preference for candidates familiar with manufacturing environments).
Comfortable with MS Office; good written and verbal communication.
