Key Responsibilities

Calendar & Schedule Management:

Manage complex schedules, set appointments, coordinate meetings (virtual & in-person).

Communication Handling:

Screen calls, manage emails, draft correspondence, act as a point of contact.

Travel Coordination:

Arrange flights, accommodations, itineraries, and logistics.

Information Management:

Organize files, maintain databases, prepare reports, presentations, and minutes.

Project Support:

Assist with special projects, research, and operational initiatives.

Financial Tasks:

Track expenses, process reports, and manage invoices.

Office Operations:

Order supplies, manage office inventory, and ensure smooth functioning.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?35,000.00 - ?45,000.00 per month
