Manage and maintain Partner's schedule, appointments, and travel plans
Coordinate meetings, calls, and internal/external communications
Screen calls, emails, and correspondence with discretion
Administrative Coordination:
Prepare reports, client documents, presentations, and follow-up action points
Organize and maintain files, records, and legal/regulatory documents
Handle confidential information with utmost integrity
Client & Stakeholder Communication:
Liaise with clients, regulators, and internal teams on behalf of the Partner
Ensure timely responses to client requests and tracking of deliverables
Project Management Support:
Assist in tracking deadlines for audits, filings, and compliance requirements
Support the Partner in managing timelines and team deliverables across engagements
Office & Team Collaboration:
Coordinate with other EAs, HR, Admin, and IT teams to facilitate the Partner's work
Help in planning offsites, training programs, or events, as needed
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor's degree required (Business Administration, Commerce preferred)
1-3 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, preferably in a CA firm, law firm, or consulting setup
Strong command over MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
High degree of professionalism, integrity, and discretion
Strong time management, organizational, and multitasking skills
Comfort working in a fast-paced, client-centric environment
