Orchestrate complex calendars, prioritizing meetings based on business urgency and ensuring the executive is prepared for every engagement.
Business Coordination:
Act as a bridge between the executive and department heads (Production, Sales, HR, Accounts). Conduct follow-ups on pending tasks and project milestones.
Gatekeeping:
Screen and prioritize incoming emails, phone calls, and visitors. Draft high-level professional correspondence on behalf of the executive.
Travel & Logistics:
Manage end-to-end travel arrangements, including visas, flights, and detailed itineraries (often including factory visits or vendor meetings).
Meeting Support:
Attend key meetings, record minutes of meetings (MOM), and track action items to ensure completion.
Reporting & MIS:
Compile data from various departments to create executive summaries, reports, and presentations for decision-making.
Confidentiality:
Handle sensitive information (financials, legal documents, strategic plans) with the highest level of integrity.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
Graduate, preferred with minimum 3-5 years of experience
Fixed working hours with occasional extended hours to meet targets.
Persuasive and results-driven approach.
Good listening and negotiation skills.
Team player with a positive attitude.
