Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Calendar & Scheduling:

Manage the Director's complex diary, prioritize appointments, schedule meetings, and confirm attendance.

Communication:

Screen calls, emails, and requests; draft correspondence; act as a liaison with internal/external stakeholders.

Meeting Support:

Prepare agendas, book rooms, take minutes, and follow up on action items for meetings, board sessions, and events.

Travel & Logistics:

Arrange complex domestic and international travel, including flights, accommodation, visas, and detailed itineraries.

Documentation:

Prepare reports, presentations (e.g., PowerPoint), briefing papers, and confidential documents.

Project & Task Management:

Conduct research, track projects, chase responses, and ensure timely completion of tasks.

Information Management:

Maintain confidential files, records, and contact databases.

Strategic Support:

Assist with research, data gathering, and logistical support for strategic initiatives and events.

Discretion:

Handle sensitive information with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
