Key Responsibilities:
1. Administrative Support:
Manage the Director's calendar, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments.
Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence as required.
Handle phone calls, emails, and other communications on behalf of the Director.
2. Coordination & Communication:
Act as a liaison between the Director and internal/external stakeholders.
Coordinate and follow up on tasks with various departments.
Ensure smooth communication within the organization.
3. Meeting & Travel Management:
Organize and manage meetings, including agenda preparation and minutes documentation.
Plan and arrange domestic and international travel, accommodations, and logistics.
4. Confidentiality & Document Management:
Maintain confidentiality in handling sensitive business and personal matters.
Organize and manage important documents, records, and reports.
5. Operational & Project Support:
Assist in strategic planning and execution of key projects.
Research and provide insights on business trends and relevant matters.
Handle any special assignments or ad-hoc tasks as required.

Pay: ?35,000.00 - ?40,000.00 per month
