Key Responsibilities:
Provide administrative and executive support to Department Head .
Manage calendars, appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
Handle correspondence, emails, and documentation efficiently.
Prepare reports, presentations, and meeting minutes as required.
Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders.
Maintain office records, filing systems, and general office supplies.
Assist in organizing company events, meetings, and schedules.
Handle confidential information with integrity and discretion.
Required Skills:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Good drafting and documentation skills.
Ability to multitask and handle pressure professionally.
Qualification:
Graduate in any discipline (Preference for candidates with Business Administration or related background).
Preferred Experience:
Prior experience supporting senior management or handling office administration.
Experience in coordinating across teams and managing day-to-day office operations.
