We are seeking a highly professional and proactive
Executive Assistant
to support the
Founder & Group CEO
. The ideal candidate will be an organized, detail-oriented individual with prior experience in managing high-level executive operations. This is a key role requiring discretion, reliability, and excellent communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Founder & Group CEO, including calendar management, travel arrangements, and meeting coordination.
Prepare presentations, reports, and correspondence with a high degree of accuracy and professionalism.
Act as a point of contact between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders.
Handle confidential information with utmost discretion and integrity.
Coordinate and follow up on action items across departments.
Manage special projects as assigned by the Founder & Group CEO.
Candidate Profile:
Male
candidate, preferably from
Tier-1 colleges only
, such as
IIMs, XLRI, ISB,
or other reputed institutes.
Minimum
3 years of experience
as an Executive Assistant supporting a senior executive/CEO.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Highly organized, proactive, and able to prioritize tasks effectively.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interact at all levels.
