Maintain and manage the Managing Director's schedule, appointments, and recurring tasks.
4. Meeting Coordination:
Plan and coordinate meetings, events, and agendas, including preparing minutes.
5. Travel Arrangements:
Manage travel plans, itineraries, and expenses.
6. Correspondence:
Prepare, edit, and manage correspondence, reports, and presentations.
7. Office Administration:
Ensure smooth office operations, including ordering supplies and managing office equipment.
8. Communication:
Liaise with internal and external stakeholders on behalf of the Managing Director.
9. Data Management:
Assist in generating various MIS reports as needed and coordinating with departments.
