Role Summary



Looking for a proactive and organized Executive Assistant with strong accounting skills to support the MD/CFO in daily operations, communication, dispatch coordination, and basic accounts support.

Key Responsibilities



Assist in dispatch planning, coordination with logistics, and tracking deliveries. Handle calls, emails, WhatsApp messages, and follow-ups on behalf of the owner. Prepare MOMs, task lists, and ensure closure of pending items. Maintain MIS reports, dashboards, and documentation. Support accounting team with Tally entries and daily transaction accuracy.

Skills Required



Strong accounting knowledge (Tally). Excellent MS Excel skills. Good communication (English + Hindi/regional). Strong coordination and multitasking ability. High ownership, reliability, and decision-making skills.

Qualification



B.Com/M.Com or related. Added advantage: Certifications in Excel/accounts/logistics.

Working Hours:

9:30 AM-6 PM
