Badalia Diamond is a reputed jewellery brand known for premium craftsmanship and exceptional
customer service. We are looking for a professional and proactive Executive Assistant to support
our senior management and contribute to the smooth functioning of daily business operations.
Key Responsibilities
Manage daily administrative and executive support tasks
Coordinate and schedule meetings, interviews, and appointments
Handle travel arrangements including ticket booking & itinerary management
Attend client calls, coordinate with customers & maintain strong client relationships
Maintain confidential records, files, & documentation
Assist in office coordination and internal follow-ups
Support management with day-to-day operational tasks
Ensure smooth communication across departments & with external stakeholders
Requirements
Minimum 1-3 years of experience as Executive Assistant/Administrative Assistant
Strong communication & interpersonal skills
Proficiency in scheduling, email management, and client coordination
Knowledge of travel booking (flights, trains, hotels)
Good command over MS Office & basic computer applications
Ability to multitask, prioritise & work independently
Professional, organised & disciplined work approach
Preferred Qualities
Experience in jewellery or the luxury retail industry preferred (not mandatory)
Positive attitude, presentable appearance, and strong work ethic
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹900,000.00 per year
