We are seeking a well-presented and highly organized
Male Executive Assistant
with a
hospitality background
who is currently working as a
PA/EA
to senior leadership. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional communication, coordination, and multitasking abilities, along with a service-oriented mindset.
Key Responsibilities
Act as the primary point of contact between the Principal/Management and internal/external stakeholders
Manage calendars, appointments, daily schedules, and travel itineraries (domestic & international)
Handle confidential correspondence, emails, and documentation with discretion
Plan and coordinate meetings, events, and engagements
Prepare reports, presentations, and briefs as required
Ensure smooth day-to-day administrative support and handle personal errands as needed
Maintain a high level of professionalism, etiquette, and responsiveness at all times
Required Experience & Skills
Mandatory:
Hospitality background (Hotels, Aviation, Luxury Hospitality, etc.)
Currently working as an
EA/PA
to top management, CEO, Chairman, or UHNW family
Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
Strong organizational and multitasking capabilities
Discretion, confidentiality, and a polished demeanor
