Manage and maintain executive calendars, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel.
Prepare internal and external communications, presentations, reports, and correspondence.
Coordinate meetings, including logistics, agendas, materials, and follow-ups.
Screen and manage phone calls, emails, and other communications.
Serve as a liaison between the executive team and internal/external stakeholders.
Handle confidential information with integrity and discretion.
Assist with special projects and initiatives as needed.
Maintain efficient office systems and processes for the executive team.
Required Skills & Experience:
5+ years of experience in executive-level administrative support
Exceptional organizational and time-management skills
Strong verbal and written communication abilities

Pay: ₹650,000.00 - ₹750,000.00 per year
