Key Responsibilities:
Manage executive calendars, appointments, and daily schedules
Handle phone calls, emails, and official correspondence professionally
Prepare reports, presentations, letters, and internal documentation
Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and take minutes of meetings
Maintain confidential files, records, and important company documents
Coordinate with production, accounts, vendors, and internal teams
Assist with follow-ups, reminders, and day-to-day administrative tasks
Support smooth office operations and management requirements
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Male/Female both can apply
Graduate preferred
2-4 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role
Good communication skills in English & Hindi
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Email)
Strong organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills
