We are seeking a professional, organized, and proactive
Executive Assistant
to provide high-level administrative and operational support to senior management in our construction company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing schedules, coordinating communication, and ensuring smooth day-to-day executive operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage calendars, appointments, and daily schedules of senior executives
Handle emails, phone calls, and official correspondence professionally
Prepare reports, presentations, and MIS as required
Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and record minutes of meetings
Follow up on tasks, deadlines, and action items
Maintain proper documentation, files, and confidential records
Assist with travel arrangements and site visit coordination when required
Coordinate with internal departments, vendors, and external stakeholders
Support general office administration and executive tasks
Candidate Requirements:
Graduate preferred
1-3 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
