Job Title: Executive Assistant to Founder

About the role You'll be the founder's right hand. Own inbox, calendar, lead qualification, and follow-ups so the founder can focus on growth.

Key outcomes

Inbox at zero daily; only priority mails reach the founder

Calendar fully managed; no double-bookings or misses

All new leads screened within 2 hours using a script

Daily follow-up tracker updated and messages sent

Responsibilities

Email triage and replies using templates

Calendar management and meeting coordination

WhatsApp and phone follow-ups with prospects/partners

First-level lead qualification using a checklist/script

Take meeting notes and share action items within 30 minutes

Simple reports in Google Sheets/Docs; maintain SOPs

Must-haves

Strong spoken and written English

WhatsApp Web, Google Calendar, Sheets/Docs, basic Excel

Fast typing, clear voice, reliable internet and quiet workspace

High ownership, discretion, punctuality

Nice-to-have

Experience as EA, tele calling, or client coordination

CRM basics (HubSpot/Zoho/Pipedrive)

Compensation

?22,000-?25,000/month based on experience

Performance bonus for hitting SLAs (response time, follow-ups, accuracy)

Full-time, remote or hybrid

Core hours: 10 am-7 pm IST with flexibility for urgent needs
