Job Description

Admin Executive - Budget: ?30,000-?35,000



Responsibilities



Manage travel bookings (flights/trains/buses/hotels). Oversee front desk, housekeeping, and facility operations. Coordinate vendors for hotels, snacks, stationery, transport, and maintenance. Handle office repairs, maintenance, reimbursements, and admin records. Support internal events and employee engagement activities.

Requirements



Experience in vendor management, facilities, and travel coordination. Strong communication skills; confident and proactive. Young, energetic, and eager to learn (up to 25-26 years).

Immediate joiners preferred.


Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?30,000.00 - ?35,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
