We are looking for a
hands-on Executive Assistant to the Founder
who will act as a true
shadow and extension of the Founder
. This role is not limited to traditional EA tasks -- you will be deeply involved in overall business operations, client coordination, recruitment support, HR services, influencer management, and personal assistance.
This is a high-trust role requiring flexibility, ownership, and readiness to support in business-critical matters, travel, and after-hours needs. If you enjoy working closely with leadership, managing multiple priorities, and being at the heart of a growing company, this role is for you.
Key Responsibilities
Founder & Executive Support
- manage calendar, travel (domestic & outstation), scheduling, meetings, and professional/personal commitments.
Recruitment & HR Support
- assist with sourcing, screening, onboarding coordination, compliance tracking, and maintaining talent pipelines.
Client & Business Support
- draft proposals, decks, contracts, and assist in client coordination, scheduling, and follow-ups.
Research & Reporting
- conduct market research, competitor analysis, and prepare reports for decision-making.
Branding & Content
- draft LinkedIn posts, create mailers, and support employer branding and influencer/visibility initiatives.
Business Development
- research prospective clients, maintain CRM/lead database, draft outreach messages, and follow up under Founder's guidance.
- accompany Founder on business travel (within/outside city), and remain available for urgent tasks beyond standard hours when required.
What We're Looking For
Graduate (any stream) with
1-3 years of experience
as an Executive Assistant/Operations Associate/Business Coordinator.
Prior experience in startups, SMEs, consulting, or founder-led environments preferred.
Strong English communication (spoken & written).
Tech-savvy with MS Office/Google Workspace + digital tools.
Highly reliable, discreet, and proactive with strong multi-tasking skills.
Willingness and flexibility to travel for business (within/outside city).
Comfort with supporting both business and personal priorities.
Availability to work beyond normal hours when required.
