Manage and maintain executive calendars, including scheduling meetings and appointments
Coordinate travel arrangements and itineraries
Prepare internal and external communications, memos, presentations, and reports
Handle confidential information with discretion
Organize and maintain files and records, both physical and digital
Take meeting notes and follow up on action items
Assist with office management tasks and special projects as needed
Serve as a liaison between the executive and internal/external stakeholders
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational and time-management abilities
Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
Professional and strong interpersonal skills
Willingness to learn and grow in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
Preferred Skills
Familiarity with calendar and email management tools (Google Workspace, Outlook, etc.)
Internship or volunteer experience in an administrative or support role
Knowledge of project management or CRM tools is a plus
