will act as the Founder's trusted right hand, ensuring seamless execution across business operations, strategic initiatives, leadership responsibilities, and public-facing engagements. This role requires a high level of discretion, exceptional organizational skills, emotional intelligence, and the ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced, high-responsibility environment.
This is
not a conventional administrative role
. The EA is expected to proactively anticipate needs, safeguard the Founder's time and priorities, and enable efficient scaling across multiple ventures.
Core Responsibilities
1. Founder & Leadership Support
End-to-end calendar management, including business meetings, investor calls, CREDAI and Yi commitments, travel, site visits, and events.
Act as a gatekeeper for the Founder's time, priorities, and focus.
Prepare daily and weekly agendas with clearly defined objectives.
Track, follow up, and ensure closure of action items arising from meetings.
2. Business Operations & Project Coordination
Coordinate with internal teams and external consultants to ensure smooth execution.
Track multiple projects across real estate developments, commercial assets, and allied ventures.
Maintain structured documentation including Minutes of Meetings (MoMs), approvals, deliverables, and project status trackers.
3. Communication & Stakeholder Management
Draft, review, and manage professional communication on behalf of the Founder.
Liaise with CREDAI leadership, Yi members, and senior industry stakeholders.
Ensure all communication reflects the Founder's tone, authority, and intent.
4. Event, Travel & Public Engagement Coordination
Manage logistics for industry events, conferences, and speaking engagements.
Handle end-to-end travel planning, including flights, hotels, local transport, and detailed itineraries.
Ensure smooth execution of schedules with optimal time efficiency.
5. Brand, Personal Office & Confidential Matters
Support timelines related to the Founder's personal brand and public presence.
Handle sensitive and confidential information with the highest level of discretion.
Assist with selective personal tasks that directly impact professional effectiveness.
Required Skills & Profile
3-7 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Senior PA, Chief of Staff, or in a similar role.
Prior exposure to real estate, entrepreneurship, consulting, or family business environments is preferred.
Strong verbal and written communication skills in
English and Hindi
.
High emotional intelligence, discretion, accountability, and a strong ownership mindset.
