Executive Assistant
to support our Founder and leadership team in managing operations, communications, and strategic priorities.
Role Summary:
As the Executive Assistant to the Founder, you will be the right hand to the leadership team--managing schedules, follow-ups, internal coordination, and external communications. You will play a key role in enabling efficient decision-making and ensuring the Founder's time is aligned with business priorities. This role demands discretion, efficiency, emotional intelligence, and a high level of professionalism.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and prioritize the Founder's calendar, appointments, and meetings
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely updates on ongoing projects, deadlines, and deliverables
Handle high-level communication--emails, follow-ups, and business correspondence
Prepare reports, presentations, meeting notes, and briefing documents as required
Act as a liaison between the Founder and key stakeholders--clients, vendors, consultants, and teams
Track personal and business to-do lists, ensuring timely completion
Organize travel itineraries, event schedules, and logistics
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information at all times
Key Qualities We're Looking For:
Exceptional English communication skills

Highly organized
and able to manage multiple priorities with attention to detail
Well turned out
with a polished, professional appearance and demeanor
Proactive, self-motivated, and able to anticipate needs
Emotionally intelligent, calm under pressure, and good at handling high-value relationships
Tech-savvy--comfortable with tools like Google Workspace, Calendar, Excel, Notion/Trello/Asana
Preferred Background:
3-7 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Office Manager, or similar role
Experience in design, luxury, consulting, or creative industries preferred
Bachelor's degree in business, communication, or related field
