About the Role
We are seeking a highly organised and proactive
Executive Assistant
to support our Co-Founder & Director. The role involves database management, admin support, and being a key right-hand person to the Co-Founder in day-to-day business operations.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain and update our internal
supplier database
with accurate and up-to-date information.
Input data gathered from trade fairs, exhibitions, and sourcing events into organised systems.
Prepare
Excel spreadsheets, reports, and presentations
as required.
Assist the Co-Founder with
daily administrative tasks
, project coordination, and follow-ups.
Handle travel plans
, including flight bookings, accommodation, visa applications, and itineraries.
Conduct
basic research
to scout for new client leads and partnership opportunities.
Communicate clearly and professionally with suppliers, clients, and team members across different time zones.
Support with miscellaneous tasks and ensure smooth daily operations.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Based in
India
and able to work flexible hours to accommodate international time zones.
2+ years of experience as an executive assistant, virtual assistant, or in a similar administrative/support role.
Excellent communication skills
in English (written and spoken).
Highly
organised
, detail-oriented, and tech-savvy.
Proficient in
Microsoft Excel
, Word, and Google Workspace tools.
Comfortable working independently in a remote setup.
Prior experience in
import/export, trading, or supply chain
is an advantage but not required.
A self-starter who is eager to learn and grow with the company.
