Position & Designation
Grade: Sr. Associate or Manager
The ES to the CEO, at the grade of Sr. Associate or Manager, is responsible for managing strategic administrative, communication, and coordination functions that directly support the CEO's office. The role involves ensuring operational excellence across executive support areas, including calendar management, stakeholder coordination, event management, and communication oversight. The company expects the incumbent in this role to emerge as a strong candidate for the role of Manager, CEO's Office within 12-15 months, by demonstrating exceptional performance, strong ownership, and the ability to manage high-level priorities with professionalism and discretion.
Compensation
Forge compensation is at par with the top end of the social enterprises sector in India and continuously benchmarked to be above the average compensation offered in the social (non-commercial or development) sector in general but significantly above the average compensation offered by TBIs.
The Total CTC will include 3 major components namely,

Role & Responsibilities - Key Result Areas
Executive Support & Calendar Management
Manage and maintain the CEO's calendar; schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel plans.
Regularly review scheduled engagements, prioritise activities, and make adjustments as required.
Serve as the primary liaison for all internal meeting arrangements.
Prepare and circulate agenda, minutes, and supporting documents for all meetings.
Ensure smooth setup of in-person and virtual meetings by coordinating with the IT team.
Communication & Coordination
Act as the central point of contact between the CEO, internal teams, and external stakeholders.
Screen calls, emails, and messages; draft and prepare responses and follow-ups.
Review incoming correspondence and support the drafting of official communications, reports, and presentations.
Coordinate external communication workflows including board relations.
Event & Travel Management
Plan and organise external events, conferences, and speaking engagements for the CEO.
Arrange travel and logistical requirements -- flight, hotel, visa, and ground transportation.
Prepare comprehensive travel itineraries and expense reports.
Ensure professional representation of the CEO's office in all events.
Stakeholder & Board Relations
Support effective communication and engagement with external partners and key stakeholders.
Facilitate timely reporting, meeting coordination, and relationship management.
Deal sourcing activities, from prospecting leads to signing of MOUs.
Executing engagement agreements, end-to-end process of documentation and submission.
Delivering accurate and timely reports, analysis and presentations.
Office Administration & Process Excellence:
Monitoring, reporting and analysing the overall financial performance of the company towards achieving financial goals in Fundraising & Revenue generation.
Monitoring and reporting for various programs, coordinating directly with the executives/stakeholders of the clients on behalf of the CEO and other leadership executives.
Undertake the rapid implementation of highly focused interventions required to boost the overall performance of specific ongoing programs in direct coordination with the program leaders and program teams.
