We are seeking a highly skilled Executive Assistant to the CEO who will serve as a strategic partner and trusted liaison. This role goes beyond traditional administrative support -- you'll help manage the CEO's professional, personal, and health-related priorities to ensure seamless operations and alignment.
What You'll Do
Manage the CEO's calendar, communications, and daily priorities.
Coordinate travel, meetings, and executive-level engagements.
Handle health, insurance, and personal scheduling with discretion.
Oversee logistics for personal residences, vehicles, and investments.
Prepare reports, meeting documentation, and follow up on action items.
Act as a central point of contact for executives, employees, and external partners.
What We're Looking For
Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
High emotional intelligence and confidentiality.
Proficiency in Microsoft 365, scheduling tools, and CRM platforms.
Bachelor's degree preferred, with 4+ years supporting senior executives.
