Executive Assistant to the CEO & President

, to provide strategic, administrative, and project management support. This role will be instrumental in coordinating executive communications, streamlining operational efficiency, and supporting people strategy initiatives with a focus on recruitment and talent management.

Key Responsibilities



Executive Support:



Provide high-level administrative support to the CEO & President, including calendar management, travel planning, meeting coordination, and expense tracking. Draft and manage correspondence, presentations, reports, and internal communications on behalf of the CEO. Prepare briefing notes, meeting agendas, and follow-up actions for key meetings and events. Serve as a liaison between the CEO's office and internal/external stakeholders.

Talent Acquisition & People Support:



Collaborate with the HR team and CEO to define hiring priorities and support recruitment for leadership and strategic roles. Support the CEO in workforce planning and organizational development initiatives. Maintain confidentiality while managing sensitive information related to leadership hiring and talent strategy.

Strategic Projects & Coordination:



Support the CEO in executing strategic projects, partnerships, donor engagements, and stakeholder communications. Track progress on key organizational initiatives and follow up with relevant stakeholders to ensure timely delivery. Conduct research, prepare briefs, and analyze data to support decision-making.

Qualifications & Skills



Any Graduate 5-8 years of experience in Executive Assistance, HR, or Talent Acquisition roles. Proven experience in working with C-level executives or founders. Excellent communication (written and verbal), organizational, and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in MS Office, Google Workspace. High emotional intelligence, discretion, and professionalism. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Traits



Prior experience in social impact/NGO/development sector. Understanding of recruitment practices, especially for leadership and impact roles. Passion for the mission and values of Utkarsh Global Foundation.

Remuneration



Commensurate with experience and aligned with industry standards in the development/non-profit sector.
