Job Description

We are looking for an Executive Assistant to support the Managing Director (MD) with daily

operations, communication, scheduling, and follow-ups. The ideal candidate will ensure the

MD's time, priorities, and tasks are managed efficiently, allowing smooth execution of

business plans.

Key Responsibilities:



Calendar & Communication Management



? Manage the MD's calendar, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments to

avoid conflicts.

? Screen and prioritize emails, messages, and calls to ensure the MD receives only

essential information.

? Communicate professionally with internal teams, clients, and external stakeholders.

Meeting Support



? Attend meetings with the MD to take clear and accurate notes.

? Convert meeting notes into actionable tasks and follow up to ensure timely

completion.

? Ensure all meetings are well-planned with the required documents and information.

Operational & Administrative Support



? Assist with day-to-day administrative tasks, including preparing documents, reports,

and presentations.

? Maintain organized files and ensure important information is easily accessible.

? Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.

Coordination & Follow-ups



? Follow up with different departments to ensure tasks and decisions are executed on

time.

? Connect and coordinate with teams across the organization to maintain a smooth

workflow.

? Support the MD's strategic initiatives by ensuring deadlines and deliverables are met.

Qualifications & Skills:



?

Prior experience

as an Executive Assistant is must.

? Strong organizational, time-management, and communication skills.

? Ability to work independently and manage the MD's workload effectively.

? High level of confidentiality and professionalism.

? Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

? Strong note-taking and documentation skills.

? Friendly, approachable, and open to feedback and new ideas.

? Reliable, accountable, and committed to delivering high-quality work.
