Job Summary:


We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to support the Office of the Founder in a fast-paced, purpose-driven environment. This position is ideal for someone who is passionate about social justice, children's rights, and contributing to a global mission.

The Executive Assistant will play a key role in supporting high-level operations, managing day-to-day tasks, and helping ensure strategic goals are executed efficiently. The role requires a combination of administrative excellence, strong communication skills, and the ability to thrive under pressure.

Key Responsibilities:



1. Administrative Support:



Manage complex scheduling and calendar coordination Organize meetings, take minutes, and prepare agendas and reports Coordinate travel, events, and logistics Serve as the primary point of contact for staff, partners, and stakeholders Prioritize and filter communications for timely responses Draft letters, memos, and official documents; manage NDAs Maintain organized digital and physical record-keeping systems

2. Strategic Support & Management:



Support in compiling reports, summaries, and strategic documents Assist with planning events, webinars, and internal communications Identify and troubleshoot operational challenges to streamline workflows

3. Representation & Culture:



Represent the Founder's Office professionally in internal and external communications Help promote a positive organizational culture and ensure alignment with the founder's vision

Qualifications & Experience:



Bachelor's degree or equivalent (Required) Minimum 3 years of relevant professional experience (Required) Prior experience in professional communications (Required) Experience managing social media for organizations or campaigns (Required)

Skills & Competencies:



Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English Strong interpersonal skills and adherence to ethical standards High proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Experience organizing webinars and virtual events Strong time management and project coordination skills
