Graduate degree (minimum) in any discipline, preferably in Administration, Management, Commerce, English.
Postgraduate degree/diploma in Hospital Administration, General Administration, or Business Administration (desirable).
Training in computer applications, office management, or secretarial practice will be an added advantage.
Excellent command of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), email, and calendar management systems.
Administrative / Secretarial Experience
Minimum 10 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a medical college, university, or healthcare institution.
Proven track record in managing correspondence, drafting official documents, scheduling meetings, and preparing reports.
Academic / Institutional Exposure
Experience in dealing with regulatory bodies (NMC, NABH, NAAC, UGC, etc.) and preparation of documents for inspections and accreditations.
Familiarity with academic schedules, faculty coordination, student affairs, and hospital-related administrative processes.
Skills & Competencies
Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English; knowledge of local language desirable).
Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Professional etiquette and ability to liaise with faculty, students, staff, and external stakeholders.
High level of discretion, integrity, and confidentiality.
Ability to prepare official circulars, compliance reports, and academic correspondence independently.
