Overview

Executive Assistant - To Principal

Responsibilities

Roles & Responsibilities

+ Manages all tasks related to the education portal, including teacher and student registration.
+ Serve as the primary coordinator related to specific Board matters.
+ Organize Senior Leadership Team (SLT) meetings and facilitate communication across all campus heads
+ Document and maintain the Minutes of Meetings (MOM's) for all relevant meetings.
+ Compile data for various institutional reports.
+ Develop and maintain presentations for Board meetings, Grade Board Campus Meetings and result analysis in collaboration with the Principal.
+ Coordinate and work closely with various departments as per institutional requirement.

Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Strong verbal and written communicational skills.
Quick thinking and decision making abilities.
Handling sensitive information with confidentiality.
