Coordinate meetings, take minutes, and follow up on action items.
Maintain confidential records and documents.

Teaching & Academic Coordination
Assist in curriculum planning and scheduling.
Support teacher onboarding and professional development initiatives.
Liaise with faculty to ensure alignment with academic goals.
Monitor classroom activities and provide feedback when needed.

Human Resources
Facilitate recruitment, onboarding, and exit processes for staff
Maintain HR records, contracts, and compliance documentation
Coordinate performance reviews and staff evaluations
Address employee concerns and promote a positive work culture
4.
School Operations & Administration
Oversee daily school operations including facilities, supplies, and logistics
Ensure compliance with school policies and regulatory requirements
Manage vendor relationships and procurement processes
Support budget planning and financial tracking
5.
Communication & Stakeholder Engagement
Serve as a liaison between the Principal and staff, parents, and external partners
Draft internal communications and newsletters
Organize school events, workshops, and community outreach programs
Qualifications & Skills
Master's degree in any speciality, or related field
Minimum 1-5 years of experience in teaching, HR, and school administration
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in MS Office
