Position Overview:



The

Executive Assistant

supports the

NOH

through efficient calendar management, communication handling, coordination of meetings, program tracking, and administrative operations. The role ensures smooth day-to-day functioning of leadership offices. Job Purpose:
To provide administrative, coordination, and reporting support, while managing communications, presentations, vendor interactions, and operational tasks for senior leadership.

Key Roles & Responsibilities:

Office Support

Manage calendars, appointments, travel, and meetings for NOH. Draft internal and external communications. Maintain files, records, and confidential documents.

Program & Operations Support

Track progress of key business initiatives and assist with program management. Coordinate with departments for MIS, reviews, and operational updates. Create operations and program-related presentations.

Reporting & Presentations

Prepare MIS reports, review decks, and financial presentations for leadership and board meetings. Ensure timely and accurate submission of reports.

Vendor & Administrative Management

Coordinate with hotels, travel agents, and gifting vendors. Handle billing, credit card payments, lease/insurance documentation, and general office upkeep. Qualifications & Experience:

Education:


Bachelor's degree in any discipline. (Preferred: Specialization in Business Administration, Management, or related fields.)

Experience:



3-6 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar corporate administrative/operations role.
Experience supporting CXO-level leaders preferred.
