We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and professional
Executive Assistant (EA)
to provide comprehensive administrative and operational support to our Director. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, dependable, and able to handle confidential information with integrity and discretion.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the Director's calendar, appointments, meetings, and travel schedules.
Draft, review, and manage correspondence, emails, and documents.
Coordinate internal and external communications on behalf of the Director.
Prepare meeting agendas, minutes, and follow-up action points.
Maintain an organized filing system for important and confidential company documents.
Liaise with clients, vendors, and senior management professionally.
Support in project tracking, reporting, and presentation preparation.
Handle day-to-day office operations and ensure smooth workflow for the Director's office.
as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or in a similar role.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking skills.
High level of integrity, discretion, and professionalism.
