). This role requires a detail-oriented individual who can handle confidential tasks with discretion and assist in both professional and personal matters.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordination & Follow-Ups:
PROPER FOLLOW-UP IS THE MOST IMPORTANT SKILL, REST CAN BE TRAINED
Handle
daily follow-ups
on pending tasks across various departments.
Coordinate with vendors, clients, and internal teams to ensure smooth workflow.
Organize and track
projects, deadlines, and deliverables
efficiently.
Administrative Support:
Manage and maintain the MD's
schedule, calendar, and appointments
.
Handle all
correspondence, emails, and calls
on behalf of the MD.
Prepare
reports, presentations, and documents
as required.
Take
dictations, minutes of meetings
, and ensure timely follow-ups.
Maintain
confidential records and files
.
Personal Assistance:
Assist the MD in personal tasks such as scheduling appointments, travel bookings, and other errands.
Manage personal documentation and related matters as required.
Key Requirements:
Work Experience:
3-5 years
of experience as an
Executive Assistant, Secretary, or Office Coordinator
to senior management.
Candidates with a
steady administrative career
(not frequent job changes) are preferred.
Educational Qualification:
Graduate from a
Secretarial College
or a relevant administrative background.
Skills Required:
Excellent follow-up skills
- must be proactive in ensuring tasks are completed on time.
Proficiency in MS Office
(Excel & Word).
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
