An Executive Assistant is a professional who provides high-level administrative and organizational support to senior executives, helping manage schedules, communications, travel arrangements, meeting coordination, and special projects to ensure efficient operation of the organization.
Key Responsibilities
Managing executives' calendars, scheduling appointments, meetings, and corporate travel logistics.
Handling communications including screening calls, emails, and correspondence.
Preparing documents, presentations, reports, and expense reports.
Serving as a liaison between executives and internal/external partners.
Organizing meetings, recording minutes, and following up on action items.
Managing confidential information with discretion.
Overseeing office processes such as ordering supplies and supporting administrative staff.
Assisting with special projects by coordinating resources and tracking progress.
