Draft, review and send email communications on behalf of company executive(s)
Organize and prepare for meetings, including gathering documents and taking care of meeting logistics
Answer and respond to phone calls, communicate messages and information to the Directors
Arranging for travel for Director including booking of Air Tickets, Hotel accommodation etc.
Maintaining client database and various records and documents for company executive(s)
Assisting the Directors for various projects.

Should be flexible.
Should have hands-on experience of Microsoft office suite, Power point presentations etc.
Familiarity with social media platforms such as LinkedIn etc.
Should have done flight ticket bookings, hotel reservations, application filling.
Should know visa process of different countries, etc.
Hiring Only Female candidate based out of Chandigarh (Tri-city) for the role.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
