Role Summary:



We are seeking an experienced, proactive, and highly professional

Executive Assistant to support the MD and senior leadership In Company.

The ideal candidate will be organized, discreet, and excellent at prioritizing tasks while maintaining a high standard of communication. This role requires someone who thrives in a dynamic fintech / banking environment and can manage multiple executive-level responsibilities with precision.

Key Responsibilities:



Provide comprehensive administrative and executive support to the CEO
Coordinate and manage calendars, meetings, travel, and logistics
Prepare business presentations, reports, and correspondence using MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Liaise with internal teams, external partners, and stakeholders
Assist in preparing board meeting materials and executive summaries
Manage confidential information with professionalism and discretion
Coordinate communication flow and ensure timely response on CEO's behalf
Use executive tools (calendar systems, communication platforms, project management tools) to drive efficiency.

Required Skills & Qualifications:



8-10 years of executive assistant experience.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Advanced MS Office Suite skills (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
Strong planning, organization, and time-management abilities
Ability to work independently and solve problems proactively
Professional demeanor with high attention to detail
Based in

Gurgaon or nearby locations

(preferred).
