Manage the MD's calendar, meetings, travel, and correspondence.
Prepare agendas, minutes, reports, presentations, and follow-up actions.
Act as primary liaison with internal teams, clients, and external partners.
Coordinate key projects, track deliverables, and support strategic initiatives.
Handle confidential information, documents, and filing systems.
Manage expenses, vendor coordination, and basic office administration.
Conduct research and prepare briefings as needed.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree preferred.
3-7 years' experience as an EA or in a similar senior administrative role.
Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and digital scheduling tools.
High professionalism, discretion, and attention to detail.
