Key Responsibilities
Assist the Managing Director in daily management and operational activities
Coordinate with department heads to ensure smooth workflow
Monitor operations and prepare reports for senior management
Attend meetings, prepare minutes, and follow up on action items
Support planning and implementation of company strategies
Handle official correspondence and documentation
Ensure company policies and procedures are followed
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
MBA or equivalent qualification will be an added advantage
