We are looking for a mature and highly organised Executive Assistant to support the Managing Director in a manufacturing and trading business based in Ahmedabad.
Key Responsibilities
Executive Support
Manage MD's calendar, meetings, calls, and schedules
Draft emails, letters, and internal communications
Prepare meeting agendas, minutes of meetings (MoM), and track action items
Handle confidential documents and sensitive information
Coordination & Follow-Ups
Coordinate between factory, sales, accounts, logistics, HR, and admin
Ensure timely execution without repeated MD intervention
MIS & Reporting
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports
Maintain Excel trackers for sales, dispatch status, expenses, and approvals
Create summaries
Travel & Logistics
Coordinate travel, accommodation, and itineraries
Arrange meeting logistics with customers and vendors
Skills Required
Strong communication skills
Excellent MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint knowledge
Strong follow-up discipline
High integrity and discretion

Manufacturing / trading background
Factory and office coordination experience
