Who We Are Looking For:
A smart, confident, and responsible female candidate who can work closely with the Managing Director and support the overall communication and event operations of TKC & Vision PR.
Key Responsibilities:
? Managing MD's schedule, meetings & travel
? Coordinating communication between departments & partners
? Supporting stall/sponsorship communication for TKC
? Preparing reports, follow-ups & documentation
? Attending business meetings and traveling with MD when required
? Helping in planning & execution of TKC 2025 activities
? Handling official calls, mails, and visitor coordination
Requirements:
Excellent communication skills - English, Hindi, Gujarati
Smart, presentable & proactive
Good organisational and follow-up skills
Should be comfortable travelling for work when needed
Preferably experience in EA / Admin / Communications / Events
Immediate joiners preferred
